Why do I have to set up an account?
You must set up an account to register for the event, purchase meals, check the status of your registration, manage your payment options and make a donation to the scholarship fund. This allows us to capture all necessary information on each attendee and allows ease in making changes, generating reports, etc. It costs nothing to set up the account, and if you forget your user name or password you can retrieve it easily. If you are an assistant or account manager and need to register several people using the same payment methods, you will be able to add and make changes easily.
How do I join AAAA, and if I join now can I use the member rates?
You can join AAAA by following the AAAA National link listed on the "links" page, and once you have joined you may use the member rates.
I am a banquet awardee, do I need to register?

I am a PM luncheon awardee, do I need to register?

I am a Volunteer, escort, driver or Aid, do I need to register?

I am a Vendor; do I need to register as an attendee also?
No, display registration includes one full paid attendee. All of the Information will be captured from that registration. Any other attendees will need to register as stated below.
I am working at a Vendor booth, but not attending the symposium, do I need to register?

Where is the Von Braun Center?
The Center is located in downtown Huntsville, Alabama. If you click on the links button there is a link to the Von Braun. The booths and symposium will be held in the North Hall, the Luncheon and the Banquet in the South Hall.
Where is the Embassy Suites Hotel?
The Embassy Suites Hotel is located in downtown Huntsville, Alabama and is adjacent to the Von Braun. If you click on the links button there is a link to the Embassy Suites. If you are registering, you will need to use the code AGE for government rates, or the AAA code for Industry rates.
Will I need a military ID card or a CACC card?
No, all symposium events will be held off of Redstone Arsenal. However, if you wish to attend any of WALC events ID will be required. If you wish to attend the GORB, a representative of the WALC will be available at the symposium to sign you up for access to the base.
What is the appropriate dress for the event?
